TWILIGHT

You better believe I went to the opening night of TWILIGHT! Annie and I made a date for Friday the 9 pm showing. It was crazy they corraled us in the entrance for 1 hour. I thought we were all going to suffocate:) When they opened the doors me and Annie booked it to the good seats while her friends went and bought drinks. The movie was good but I was a little dissappointed on a few of the changes they made.

Lorelei's Birthday

So Lorelei turned 6 on the 19th. She wanted a cake like her favorite stuffed animal a dog named Butterfly. She has also given her baby brother a dog name he now answers to Catapillar! She recieved a lot of High School Musical stuff since that is her favorite movie. We decided to take her to Pizza Hut for her birthday because Pizza is her favorite food. I ordered ahead online and then called to reserve a table at 5:30 pm we got there at 6 pm. They kept telling us that our pizza was almost ready then at
7:15 pm the manager came out and said that they hadn't even started our pizza. The finally brought our pizza at 7:30 pm. Yes we waited for 2 hours! The lesson learned Don't eat at Pizza Hut! :)

OBAMA MOMENTS

So Lorelei has had a few Obama moments that I thought were hilarious.

1. On Voting Day we pull up to her school and there were Voting Here signs. She said, "What are they voting on?" I told her that we were voting for the President. She said,"Oh for OBAMA he is sooo handsome!" AHH Lorelei where did you learn about Obama? On Nickelodeon!

2. After Obama was elected Lorelei had been listening to alot of our conversations. One day while she was at school I found her missing tinkerbell purse. So when she got home I gave her the missing purse and she immediately opened up her purse and saw her money was still inside. She said," I guess since I have money I have to give Obama ALL of my money." The funniest part was that she was serious:)

Sacrament Meeting Program

November 9th Lorelei had her 3rd Primary Program. The theme was,"I am a Child of God." Part was, "Temples bless me and my family." I love that Preston kept sneaking into Lorelei's Pic! Her hair turned out bigger than normal so she said to me," Mom I look like a lion."

Mommy gave me her first boy HAIRCUT!

Well Jason or Stephanie normally cut Preston's hair but we are like 200 miles away from Stephanie and Jason didn't want to cut his hair at 9:30 PM. So I took matters/clipper in my own hands and gave him my first boy hair cut.

Grandpa Riki's Work

At Grandpa Riki's work (Bonanza Power Plant) they were able to bring their families out to trick or treat. We were able to go out with Grammy and visit Grandpa and trick or treat.

Halloween!

Halloween day! Lorelei had to wear black and orange to school because they don't allow costumes. (how sad :( I loved that as a kid) We carved pumpkins with Grammy Lewis and Annie. Preston hates stuff touching his feet so he didn't like the yucky slimy seeds touching his feet when Grammy put him in the huge pumpkin. After we carved pumpkins we headed over to Smith's to pick up daddy from the pharmacy and then off to Trunk or Treat. Preston even started saying "Trick or Treat" He was really getting into it. Then on the way home we hit a few houses. Then I went home and did Annie's makeup and created a Mohawk for the Halloween dance:) Preston was posing like Annie and Charly after I took their pictures it was hilarious.

Early Birthday Party at Grammy Worwood's

We are living in Vernal for 2 months and I had to go to SLC for a Clinique meeting. Since we were staying at my mom's we decieded to have an early birthday party for Lorelei (actually birthday November 19th). So Stephanie brought over Madison and Makinley and Chalene brought Cooper and Chase in their costumes so that they could trick or treat early as well (Oct 27th). Kids love to dress up and you might as well get your money's worth out of the costumes. Stephanie and Grammy made Lorelei a Gabriella cake (from High School Musical). Lorelei is counting down the days till she gets to see High School Musical 3. I promised her I would take her for her birthday but I don't know if we will be able to hold her off till her birthday.

Lorelei VIP Day in Kindergarten

Lorelei was the VIP Thursday October 23rd. She chose Quentin her BFF in Vernal to help her pass out her treats. Quentin's dad Brian was BFF with Jason in High School. So that is fun that they can be friends.
